communications addresses to execute its messaging functionality. By using the System, you are giving your
consent to use this information for System or Company purposes. Please note that use of this information
facilitates your collaboration with other participants through the System. Cookies When you first login to the System,
a cookie is sent to your computer that uniquely identifies your browser.
This cookie only lasts for the length of your browser session.

The System will not function properly without cookies. Security This System has security procedures in place to prevent

authorized users. Warranty The Company warrants that the System will perform in a
commercially reasonable manner. If the
System does not perform in such a manner, the Company will promptly attempt
to correct any problem as soon as is reasonably possible. This warranty does not apply to the extent
the System is modified or altered by any party other than the Company or its
agents or if the System is used in any way contrary to the Company’s

SHALL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE.
OTHER THAN THE EXPRESS WARRANTIES CONTAINED IN THE APPLICABLE
AGREEMENT, THE COMPANY MAKES NO REPRESENTATION OR WARRANTY, AND HEREBY
SPECIFICALLY DISCLAIMS ANY REPRESENTATION OR WARRANTY, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED,
REGARDING THE SYSTEM OR SYSTEM ACTIVITIES, INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES
AS TO MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AVAILABILITY
OF THE SYSTEM, RELIABILITY NON-INFRINGEMENT OR ANY OTHER MATTER AND ANY
IMPLIED WARRANTIES ARISING FROM A COURSE OF DEALING, COURSE OF PERFORMANCE,
OR USAGE OF TRADE. Terms of Use By visiting this System, users agree that they will not
use it for any unlawful activity or use it in any way that would harm any
person or entity. Intrusion Detection
For security purposes and to help ensure this service
remains available to you, the Company may use special software programs to
monitor System and network traffic to identify unauthorized attempts to
upload or change information, or otherwise to cause damage to the System.
These programs collect no information that would directly identify
individuals, but they do collect information that could help the Company identify
someone attempting to tamper with this System. If you use this System, you should understand that all
activities may be monitored and recorded. Anyone using this System expressly
consents to such monitoring. If such monitoring reveals possible evidence or
information of criminal or suspicious activity, monitoring records may be
